At Technimark every tool is maintained in top working order. We have a tool room in each plant that has 24-hour coverage with fully accredited tool makers. These tool shops are also equipped with the latest tool making machinery to perform any required maintenance or engineering changes. Of course, we also keep any important spare components in stock to prevent downtime in the event of a tool problem. We have tools that have millions of cycles and are as old as 25 years that are still in production today.

The mold is our customers’ asset, and more importantly, their production capacity. It is a critical responsibility to keep the tools production ready.
