Technimark’s competitive strategy is centered on providing innovative solutions that create economic value for our customers and connect them to consumers in everyday ways. We take on the difficult problems for our customers and use technology in ways that improve the functionality and aesthetics of their products while decreasing costs.

Technimark strives to innovate in five areas we consider critical to our customer’s success:

Machinery and Process Technology

Technimark is focused on developing innovations in molding machine technology and plastics processing to reduce costs and improve capabilities in injection and blow molding.

Tooling Technology

Our tooling engineers are continuously exploring the latest tooling technologies to mold plastic more efficiently and improve the plastics manufacturing process to allow more assembly, decoration, multi-component production and product differentiation within the mold.

Automation Technology

Automation allows Technimark to decorate and perform secondary assembly of high volume applications at low cost. Our technology development organization is focused on creating automation equipment designs that can automate the manufacturing process most efficiently as well as reduce capital costs and lead time.

Product Design

Technimark has offered product design services through our design center since 1989. We have a staff of designers, mechanical and plastic engineers that can take our clients’ conceptual ideas, develop innovative designs and fully-engineer them for high-volume production. We specialize in creating product designs that are optimized for a robust manufacturing process allowing for lower part cost and higher quality.

Raw Materials Development

We are continuing to expand on our plastic material development capabilities to reduce raw material costs, reduce raw material usage, increase the use of recycled materials and develop materials derived from renewable resources.

Technimark's Design Center is the heart of our innovation engine. In this area we have highly skilled designers, engineers, polymer chemists and operational engineers that are entirely focused on developing new technologies for individual customer projects as well as broader industry-focused development and innovation.
